Proposal
We will discuss with you in detail regarding the recommended light levels for tasks being performed based on your internal minimum
requirements or we will make recommendations that will keep you above minimum standards ensuring a safe work environment. Our proposal will include a comparison of existing fixtures to our recommended LED fixtures demonstrating energy and monthly dollar savings to be achieved based on your hours of operation and kWh cost. We provide you the data that is needed to make an informed financial decision.
Fixtures—Warranty
Our solutions primarily feature Delviro/LEDone products. Most featuring an Industry Best 5 and 10-Year warranties and up to 200,000hr L70 life. For most solutions we provide additional drivers at no charge in the rare instance of a fixture failure. Enabling your team to quickly change a driver in place of removing the fixture and sending back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Assessment
The most important part of an upgrade is to know where your baseline is. What is the current foot candle reading? Am I below the recommended standard? Are we at risk if there is an accident? These 3 important questions are rarely asked until it is too late. Our assessment will provide a detailed look area by area within your facility. What is the current fixture type, count, wattage etc. We provide this service at
NO-COST as we believe we need to earn your business and your trust.
Incentives
Many utilities offer incentives. We will perform all of the necessary rebate and incentive paperwork on your behalf to take advantage of whatever rebates/incentives are available in your area. All incentive payments will be paid to you and come directly to your facility. Incentive availability is volatile in today’s market and are paid solely at the discretion of the utility while annual funds are available.
Installation
Our approach will include a conversation regarding who will install the fixtures, your internal team, your contractor or we can provide a turn key solution using our installation team.
